Abstract

Anemia occurs because the intake of food consumed is not sufficient. Based on Riskesdas 2007 the prevalence of anemia in Papua Province is 13.1% and according to World Health Organization/ WHO 2008 anemia in Papua Province is classified as moderate.
Objective. This research is aimed to know the risk factors of anemia in elementary school children in Government Elementary School 2 Abepura and Government Elementary School Inpres Skouw Sae.
