The purpose of this paper was to find out the level of professionalism exhibited by Pentecostal and Charismatic marriage and family counsellors in Cape Coast Metropolis of Ghana. Thirty seven (37) marriage counsellors from forty (40) Pentecostal and Charismatic Churches in the metropolis were selected for the study. It was a descriptive study where questionnaire was used to collect the data. The study revealed that, normally the counselling works were left under the care of elders, deacons and deaconesses who mostly do not have the needed training and qualification.
