Abstract |
Total Physical Response (TPR), an approach to teach imperatives to learners of foreign language was developed by James Asher in 1965. It promotes learning language in a less stressful ways. This research aims to study the effectiveness of TPR approach in helping slow young learners in acquiring English as a second language. This study adopted a pre-test and post-test quasi-experimental design, a quantitative method. A purposive sampling method is used and 48 Year 2 pupils who are listed as the low achievers are selected from a whole population of Year 2 pupils within South-west district in Penang. s ….. |

Vietnamese universities are under the process of changing training model to credit-based system from academic year system. It was acknowledged that the new model would increase workload and also diversify activities of lecturers in teaching activity. This paper firstly reviews teaching activities in the credit-based training approach. The banking system has been facing tough challenges worldwide in the last several years. In Kosovo, it seems like the banking system was untouched by the global financial crisis and the worldwide loss of confidence. Thus, we analyze this sectors’ performance during recent years and therefore we try to explain the way it works. The CBK estimates that the banking sector stands well as regards to capital and especially bad credits. This research aimed to analyze the ecology and socio-economic implication of conflict among actors in the management of coastal and marine resources at Tomini Bay, Indonesia. The research used critical theory paradigm with the strategy of case study. Data collected was primary and secondary data then analyzed through qualitative approach. Research result found that Tomini Bay was rich in coastal and marine resources; however, currently it experiences severe environmental degradation and damage.
